Shipping + Returns
SHIPPING
All items are shipped from Victoria, Canada using Canada Post, within 10-20 business days of receiving your order. There is a flat rate of $18 to anywhere within Canada, a flat rate of $20 to the United States, and $40 plus $5 per item for Everywhere Else in the world, all including tracking and insurance.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
International buyers are responsible for all charges entering their country including taxes, custom fees and duties.
Korinne Vader Handmade Goods is not responsible for any items lost or delayed in transit. I am unable to replace or refund stolen packages or retrieve packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Once the package is in the possession of Canada Post, it is the buyers responsibility to track it and receive it. If you require a signature, please email hello@korinnevader.com with order number – there is a $2.00 Canada Post fee.
LOCAL PICKUP
I am happy to offer porch pick up from my house in the Jubliee area on all online orders. Please use code PORCHPICKUP while checking out. You will receive an email once your order is ready, with the pick up address. (Check your spam) This allows you to pick up from 9am-9pm daily.
FREE SHIPPING
I offer free shipping within Canada on purchases over $200 using code: CANSHIP and free shipping for International orders on purchases over $500 using code: WORLDSHIP
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I understand online clothing shopping can be hard, I’m here to make it easier. Please email if you need measurements, photos, fabric swatches or have any questions.
If you'd like to return a regular priced item for refund, please email within 36 hours of receiving the goods. A return address will be given and you are responsible for the cost of shipping the return back to me, be sure to include insurance.
All sale items are final sale. If there is a quality issue, please contact me immediately.
US returns - please use USPS as other services charge import/duties (on my own goods!) and those fees will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be given minus original shipping fee (even on ‘free shipping’ discount orders) and transaction fees (roughly 3% of the total transaction)
